Apex

The Town of Apex dates back to the mid-1800s when it was chartered by the Chatham Railroad as a railway stop. Apex has changed considerably through the years to become a thriving town. Today, Apex has an estimated population of 64,500 people and spans about 20.41 square miles. There are many new communities and business development projects within Apex to cater to any individual need. Apex has a vibrant downtown area filled with eclectic boutiques and some of the best local dining the Triangle has to offer! Often awarded as the “Best Place to Live in the US,” it is no surprise that the Apex is seeing tremendous growth.
